In recent months, we have been working on a highly ambitious project — and in many ways, a unique one within the European landscape.

In Monteriggioni, we are shaping a luxury dispersed hospitality circuit, rooted in historic properties, nature, sustainability, and human relationships.

This is not real estate speculation.

And it is not a hotel.

It is the creation of a private luxury destination — a limited, integrated ecosystem designed for people seeking authenticity, beauty, time, and meaningful connections.

The model is that of a private countryside network: a collection of interconnected historic assets, where the investor does not purchase a single villa, but rather enters a system — an operating, curated, and scalable system designed to generate long-term value.

We are acquiring a selected and finite number of historic properties within a specific area of Monteriggioni, in what remains a favorable market phase.

The first properties are not conceived to maximize immediate returns, but to build a strong proof of concept: the model works, the assets appreciate, demand grows, and the destination takes shape.

To date, we have already secured and developed three properties and are finalizing the first property cluster. After this phase, access to the project will become structurally more selective and more costly.

From an architectural and design perspective, we have engaged an internationally renowned architect, who is bringing a new interpretation of local architecture — respectful, contemporary, and never folkloristic.

The interiors are conceived as precious stones, true cabinets of wonders: rare, curated, collectible spaces where every detail tells a story.

We are operational developers, not theoretical promoters.

We are now structuring the expansion phase and selecting financial partners who understand the nature of the project and wish to participate in building a model that can, in the future, extend to other territories as well.
